Grant Purpose: To pilot a sustainable model to recruit, train and compensate East Bay Jewish Early Childhood Educators in order to build more robust Jewish life for families in the East Bay. The program includes subsidized BA completion or MA in Jewish ECE at the American Jewish University, local cohort experience led by the Federation and increased compensation following degree completion in partnership with the host institution.
